Passports

We no longer issue standard (5 year and 10 year) British passports at the British Embassy in Cuba, however customers in Cuba must submit applications in person to the British Embassy in Havana. Our hours are from 0800 to 1530. We will then forward your passport application to the Regional Passport Processing Centre in Madrid. 

The Regional Passport Processing Centre website will tell you everything you need to know about applying for a new or replacement British passport. Please do not send cash or applications to the Regional Passport Processing Centre in Madrid.

Please call the Consular Section of the Embassy and explain that you need to travel urgently.
